Cancellation Policy

Makeup Service Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking your appointment: 1. Arrive with a Clean Face Please come to your appointment with a freshly washed face, free of makeup, oils, and skincare products. This allows for the best makeup application and long-lasting results. 2. No Phones During Application To maintain focus and provide the best service, phones must be put away during the makeup application. This helps avoid distractions and ensures a seamless process. 3. No Extra Guests or Children For a calm and professional environment, please do not bring children or extra guests unless they are also receiving a service. If you require assistance, please notify me in advance. 4. Late Arrivals & Cancellations Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, you should be in communication with me. Late Arrivals Over 15 Minutes: Your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled depending on availability. Please communicate with me for updates. Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours. After the 24 hour mark please communicate with me that you need to cancel. 5. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This will go toward your total service cost. Remaining balances must be paid in cash, Zelle, or Cashapp. 6. No Refunds Due to the nature of makeup services, all sales are final. If you have any concerns about your look, please let me know before leaving your appointment so adjustments can be made. 7. Health & Hygiene If you have any skin conditions, open wounds, cold sores, or eye infections, please reschedule your appointment. If you are feeling unwell, kindly notify me in advance to reschedule.
